Admission Procedure

1. Application:

Interested candidates complete the official EVIPSAND application form (online or paper) and attach the required documents

• Academic credentials
• Identification document (passport or national ID)
• Two passport photographs

2. Screening and Verification:

The Admissions Office verifies all submitted credentials and may conduct interviews or placement tests where necessary.

3. Offer of Admission:

Successful candidates receive a formal Admission Letter specifying programme details, duration, and payment instructions.

4. Acceptance and Enrollment:

Students confirm acceptance by paying the prescribed acceptance fee and completing registration within the stipulated deadline.

5. Orientation:

Newly admitted students attend an orientation programme introducing them to EVIPSAND’S culture, policies, and support systems.

6. International Students

EVIPSAND welcomes international students. Such applicants must:

• Present recognized equivalents of required certificates.
• Submit English language proficiency evidence where applicable.
• Comply with immigration and visa regulations of the host country.

7. Deferred Admission

Candidates who receive admission but are unable to commence studies may apply in writing for deferral to the next academic session, subject to approval by the Registrar.

8. Admission Integrity and Fraud Prevention

EVIPSAND maintains zero tolerance for any form of admission malpractice or falsification of documents. Offenders will have their admission revoked and may face legal consequences.

9. Appeal Process

Applicants denied admission may request a review by submitting an Admission Appeal Form within ten (10) working days, clearly stating the grounds for appeal.

10. Review and Evaluation

The Admission Policy is subject to periodic review by the Academic Board to ensure consistency with regulatory standards and institutional goals.
